Carolina G. Cantu

On July 8, 2014 the family of Carolina Cantu bid a tearful farewell to their mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Carolina was preceded in death by her husband, Moises, her daughter Azucena, and grandson Ruben Cantu. Carolina was a passionate, enthusiastic, caring, metaphorical, and spiritual person. She had a passion for life come what may. She was always enthusiastic by focusing on the positive and good qualities of others, and there is no recollection of her ever speaking badly of anyone. She was always ready to give of her time and was ready to offer a listening ear for those who might be discouraged. Sometimes her ideas and thoughts were profound to the ordinary person. Above all her obvious descriptions - spirituality depicts her love for truth and Jehovah. She is survived by her son Ruben Cantu and wife Esther; daughter Diana Garza and husband Bob; daughter Violeta Gonzales and husband Marcelino; daughter Linda Lopez and husband Juan; son Rene Cantu and wife Anabelle; son Gustavo Cantu and wife Irma, son Abel Cantu; brothers Marciano Gonzalez and wife Josephina, Oscar Gonzalez and wife Aurora; grandchildren, Elisa Garza, Bobby Garza (Ana), Rodrigo Cantu, Kiana Cantu, Caleb Cantu, Abel Cantu, Jared Gonzales, Christen Cantu, Melody Navarrez (Matthew), Madelyn Cantu, Victoria Cantu, Caroline Cantu, and great-grandson Abel Armando.
