Ernest Michael Drummond was born on April 13, 1981 in Brooklyn, New York to Ernest Fate and Elizabeth Charlene Drummond. He attended St. Columba and Guardian Angel schools. Ernest attended worship services at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, he was baptized there. In the summer of 1995 Ernest relocated to San Antonio, Texas with his mother and brother Daniel. Ernest continued his education at Pat M. Neff Middle School and John Marshall High School. While completing his high school education Ernest was a member of the school band, his instrument of choice was the Saxophone. He also played for the Marshall Rams as a Linebacker. After graduating from Marshall High School, he went on to study at the National Institute of Technology, where he obtained his Diploma. Ernest met the love of his life, Tamika Rene Martin while attending the Institute of Technology. They became inseparable and were joined in holy matrimony at The Little Wedding Chapel on April 5, 2005. To this union a son,Jayden Ernest Drummond was born on March 16, 2009. Ernest worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a Loan Specialist for many years and was loved by all. When he wasn’t working Ernest enjoyed Gaming, engaging in “Heroes of the Storm” or playing his PS4 and fishing at Canyon Lake. He also enjoyed the musical john Dra of The Notorious BIG and watching is favorite football team, The Dallas Cowboys. Ernest enjoyed going to Dave and Buster’s as well. He was also involved in and volunteered for many er organizations and loved helping people. On the morning of February 3, 2019 Ernest was called home suddenly. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest Fate and Elizabeth Charlene Drummond. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Tamika Rene Drummond; his only son Jayden Ernest Drummond; beloved brother, Daniel Edward Fate, Sr.; three sisters-in- law, Dedra Fate, D’Misha Medrano and Janice Martin; four nephews, Daniel Edward Fate, Jr., Trivon, Cameron and Troiree Martin; four nieces, Danielle and Melissa Medrano, Alyjah and Dakisha Martin. parents-in-law Donnie and Michael Martin; six aunts, Virginia Maxwell, Victoria Drummond, Jean Drummond, Dawn McFadden, Melissa Stover and Shannon Drummond; three uncles, Benjamin Maxwell, Barry L. McFadden, Sr. and Charles Ray Drummond, II; two aunts-in- law, Zeida Cozart and Vivian Roberts; three uncles-in-law, Alphonso Roberts, Lonnie Allen and Anthony Canaan, fifteen cousins and a host of other family and friends.

This journey they are now on is a rough one but Ernie is still watching over them each step of the way.
