  5. We are saddened to hear about the passing of Frances. Our family called her Baby Frances. As a child, she was always full of life and energy. We enjoyed baby sitting her and dancing with her when she was little; she had such a beautiful smile. We are so proud to hear of all of her achievements. We will be praying that God will watch over her children, husband and family. May she rest in eternal peace. (We are her second cousins, my parents were her Godparents).

  6. I’m just learning of the loss of Frances. Frances was a kind and loving person. I remember her coming into my leasing office and talking to me. It was always nice to talk to her because she always shared beautiful stories of her girls and family. I remember how happy and how proud I was for her to graduate from school. I felt so sad 😞 hearing that her family lost their sunshine. I know that her light is not gone forever because its in each and every soul she touched. I pray for her husband and her girls. Please know that she is always with you. If you ever feel sad remember her strong spirit. Although she was tiny, her heart 💗 and soul were huge! God bless her family and friends. Carolina Wong
