Frank Farris Jr.

Frank Farris Jr. passed away July 23, 2021 at his home in San Antonio, Texas. Frank was born June 11, 1938 in Bastrop Co. in Oakhill, Texas to Frank Price and Bessie Mae Farris and was one of twelve children. Frank was a good ol’ country boy. In his younger years, he worked out in the cotton fields and learned to use his hands and do many things from cars to fixing things around the house. Frank was very dependable, he always took care of everybody and was there at a moment’s notice if needed. He was a businessman and tried to handle things “by the book”,. Frank was loyal to those lucky enough to call him a friend and, of course, his family, whom he loved unconditionally. Frank was a Godly man. He loved to worship at the El Camino Bible Church in which he was a member for over 20 years, until he became physically unable to attend any longer. Frank will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Price Farris and Bessie Mae Farris; 10 siblings; and his former wife, Pearl Farris. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Teresa N. Farris; children, John (Patricia) Farris, Aaron (Susan) Farris, Debbie Banis, Gary (Cindy) Farris and Elizabeth Steen;brother, Clyde Farris; grandchildren, Christopher Banis, Cody Banis, Melanie Cortinas, Mariela and Mareli Trevino; great-grandchildren, Hailey Banis, Miquellah Banis and Jasper Banis; his beloved dog, Mia; extended family and friends.
