Frank M. Williams received his wings March 1, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 25, 1941 to Frank and Eula M. Williams in San Antonio, Texas. Frank attended the public schools in San Antonio, graduating from Brackenridge High School. Upon graduating he served his country by enlisting in the U.S. Navy. Following his tour of duty he attended the San Francisco State University; University of California, Berkeley and the University of California Santa Barbara acquiring a MSME. Positions held by Frank include, Senior Global Engineer for Mother’s Cookies and most recently, Facilities Director at Norwood, Inc. Frank met and captured the heart of Janyce Wilborn in San Francisco, California thirty years ago. They honored their marriage vows until death did indeed part them. Frank will be missed by many. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Janyce Williams; children, Toni Lynn Williams (Mother, Margaret Poole), Lisa Norwood (Calvin), Hasani Williams (Charmaine), Hasina Mayberry (Todd), and Kamilah White (Wendell), (Mother, Sherry Anthony); grandchildren, Antoinette, Antonia, Will, Safyia, Kyla, Fre, Layla, T.J., McKenzie, Kendall, Kristian, and Kristopher; siblings, Marvin Henderson, Mary Alice Washington (Earnest) Bruce Williams (Carolyn), Reece Stovall, Shirley Stovall, Leonard Ray Stovall (Vanessa), Porchia Waiters, Tommy Stovall (Denise), Wayne Stovall, and Garland Stovall (Monica) along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
