Hattie Hare went to be with the Lord May 23, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born December 3, 1938 in Lake Village, Arkansas to Will and Alice Nolan. Hattie loved the Lord, she was strong in her faith and enjoyed reading her bible. Hattie worked as a CNA for many years in McGehee, Arkansas before retiring. Hattie was a member of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church and would sometimes attend Midweek Manor at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. On her off time, Hattie liked to garden, do crossword puzzles, watch western movies, and talk to her sibling's and classmates through the phone. Hattie is preceded in death by her husband Melvin Hare, parents, Will and Alice Nolan; siblings, Eddie Nolan, Will Nolan Jr., Ada Fitzhugh, Delorash Nolan, Alice Nolan, Alberta Robinson, Mae Bryant and Carolyn Lazenby. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Alexis Hare of Maumelle, Arkansas; step-children, Anita Hammons, Regina Hunt, Jewell Edwards of Maumelle, Arkansas and Sheila Waller of McGee, Arkansas, Thomas Hare of St. Bonaventure, New York; brother, James Nolan and wife, Lois of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Azzie Lee Jones of Portland, Oregon and Carrie Hardeman of Austin, Texas; special nieces, Kimberly Wolford and husband Gary and Amanda Nolan of San Antonio, Texas of San Antonio, Texas; great niece, Kyzhane Wolford; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
