  1. I want to say I am very sorry, Herman was and ALWAYS be a good friend. My name is Emilio, and when I got out of the military and the NIX was my first civilian job, Herman looked after me, helping me adjust and not be so high strung, he would always tell me”Don’t sweat the small stuff”, and I would enjoy take small breaks and walk down to the store to pick up scratch off tickets, and he would tell me,”the good ones are the ones 50 and under”…and till this day, I never buy over the #50. I have so many stories and fond memories, and those are the ones that are gonna hell keep him around. I am so sorry for your loss Mrs Taylor, and pray that you have all the love and warmth from people that were able to know Herman, and the laughs he was able to bring into people lives and the guidance he would show to the people that came to him for advice or reassurance, because I know for sure I was one of them, and I am very blessed in getting to meet him in my lifetime.
