Horace Franklin Fulton was born November 6, 1936 in Weimar, TX to Charles and Susie Luckey. On August 22, 1955, Horace married his soul mate Katie B. and they relocated to San Antonio, TX to begin their life together where they raised 8 children and helped to raise their grandchildren.
Mr. Horace Franklin Fulton was called to rest on April 16, 2005. His father, Charles Fulton and his brother, Eddie Fulton preceded him in death.
Horace Franklin leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 49 years, Katie B. Fulton; his beloved mother, Susie Luckey; six sons, Alexis Fulton (Carolyn), Morris Fulton (Linda Blackwell) from San Antonio, TX, Horace Fulton Jr. (Diane from Omaha, NE, Leon Fulton, David Fulton and John Fulton (Rochelle) all from San Antonio, TX; three daughters, Rosemary Fulton, Betty Denise Collins and Lisa Payne of San Antonio, TX; three sisters, Charles Mays, Elfredia Scott both from San Antonio, TX and Johnnie Mae Bryant from Houston, TX; twenty-four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; a host of neces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

I always enjoyed taking care of Horace in the Coumadin Clinic at the Brady-Green: I remember your Dad’s smile. The three of us usually shared a laugh at his appointments.
