Isabel V. Sosa has gone to be with the Lord January 22, 2019. She was born August 9, 1951 to Teno and Eloisa Longoria in Harlingen, Texas. Isabel was a devoted mother and taught her children many life lessons. She was always willing to help other people and would always donate candy and stuffed animals for the Fire Department Santa Run in Adkins, Texas. Isabel enjoyed music and dancing, but what she loved most was playing poker and other card games with family and friends. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all. Isabel was preceded in death by Manuel Sosa Sr., Richard V. Sosa; parents, Teno and Eloisa Longoria and sister, Hilda Pantoja.
She is survived by her loving children, Mary Sosa Chapa (Tommy), Ricardo Sosa Jr. (Patricia), and Tammy Sosa Perez; grandchildren, Laura, Lauren, April, Kassandra, Ricardo III, Anthony Jr.(Aj), Arianna, and Samantha Jimenez; great-grandchildren, Jocelynn, Andrew, Donavan, Justin, and Mallorie; her loving sister, Irma Ortiz (Richard); and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
