Jesse M. Sanchez

jesse sanchez
Our Dad, Jesse M Sanchez, went to be with the Lord and to meet with the love of his life, our mother on February 21, 2019. He was drafted in the United States Army and served during the Korean conflict. He served 20 years in the Air Force Reserve. He continued with civil service working at Kelly Air Force Base. He worked for United States postal service for 30 years. After retirement he worked as a school bus driver for San Antonio Independent school district for 10+ years. He is survived by his son, Jesse Sanchez Jr. Son Richard Sanchez (Denise). Daughter Rachel Sanchez. Grandsons Nathan Gonzales. Richard Gregory Sanchez, who was his whole world. Our dad Jesse was a faithful, stubborn, firm man with a beautiful sense of humor. He always found the beauty and the funny side of everything. He taught us to never accept the first answer. To fight for what we believe in. Never accept things as they are. Always to be a leader and not a follower. If we cant change things in this life make it easier so the next one behind us can. Our father was humble and never put on heirs and never backed down from a challenge. He was very honorable and true to his word. We never wanted for a thing. Our wants and needs were met not only because our father worked so hard but because he was so loving and such a kind soul. We always felt loved and safe with this incredible phenomenal man. He will be greatly missed. No one can ever fill his shoes
