Leon Duncan Parker was born on September 11, 1961 to Mr. Leon Parker Jr. and Laura Ann Duncan Parker in San Antonio, Texas. He was the fourth of five children. Leon Duncan attended school in San Antonio, Texas where he graduated from Sam Houston High School. He was an employed at Goodwill, Handy Andy and Oak Hills Country Club. Leon Duncan Parker was baptized on December 17, 1995 at Antioch Baptist Church under the late Pastor Rev. Dr. E. Thurman Walker. Duncan was well known and he was the life of the party. He has walked all over San Antonio streets. The smile on his face will always be remembered. He preceded him in death are his parents Leon Parker Jr. and Laura Ann Duncan Parker; Grandparents Leon Parker Sr. and Mildred Parker; Willie Dial and Ethel Bell Duncan; Great Grandmother Lallie Shepard; Aunts and Uncles Jessie Bell Spears and George W. Spears ; Willie Ethel McCoin and Holland McCoin; Cousin Ellen Spears and Sister Anita Hardges. Leon Duncan Parker leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Bonita Stovall, Mickey Parker (Cheryl), Rickey Parker (Isabel), LaJoi Parker, Diann Holiday and Veda Toms (Fred), 15 nieces and nephews and 31 Great nieces and great nephews. Special people in his life, his Aunt Bernice Parker and cousin/brother Leon Turner of Chicago, Illinois, special friend in his life Sandra Hicks and his best friends Orman Matthews and James Lacey, also his New Light Village Family.
