Marcos Mendoza

marcos mendoza
Marcos Mendoza, 46, left us on August 24 2018 at home, surrounded by his family. Marcos was born December 22, 1971 in Laredo TX to Zonia and Ramon Mendoza. He was the middle child between Marissa and Melissa Mendoza. As a child, he would always enlist the help of Marissa to scare his older sister Melissa. With the direction of Melissa, Marcos and Marissa would perform for their parents. He had a love of music and playing the guitar. Marcos could pick up any instrument and make music flow. Marcos spent a few years in Arizona to gain custody of his son. While there he worked various jobs and eventually won custody and returned to Texas. He went to Hallmark Institute and gained his Airframe and Powerplant Certification and worked for San Antonio Aerospace. In 2007 he met his now wife, Tamara, and they started their life together. He became a parent to Jonathan, Jennifer, and Jackie. His co-workers knew him as the jokester that always had a prank up his sleeve and an easygoing nature. His family knew him as the loving husband, father, son, and brother. When diagnosed with terminal cancer, he never stopped fighting. Always accepting treatments no matter the side effect. Anything to give him more time with his family. Even when the doctors gave up, he still wanted to fight. His bravery and strength will always be remembered. He fought cancer until the very end, never accepting that one day he would be gone. He lived his life to the fullest, never afraid of anything. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Guestbook

  1. Sorry for the loss of your loved one. My deepest sympathy and condolences goes out to you and your family. The Bible calls God the source of life Acts 17:24,25 so have faith that God is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died so be assured that you will see your loved one again. God sees death as the enemy 1 Corinthians 15:26 and I pray he gives you comfort in your time of need. There have been eight instances in the Bible of humans young, old, male, and female who God brought back to life on earth John 11:39-44 and he yearns to bring back your loved one who are in his memory Job 14:14,15. I pray that God of comfort gives you strength and the ability to endure during this time and that you rely on him when you feel weak. In Jesus name I pray Amen
