Mollie Jo Wernli
March 19, 1933 ~ July 23, 2018
Mollie Jo Wernli went to be with our Lord on July 23, 2018 at the age of 85. She was born March 19, 1933 in San Antonio, TX. to Jesse Lee and Idella Crowell. Mollie attended Hot Wells High School and married her high school sweetheart, Hans James Wernli. Mollie enjoyed cruises, dancing and family gatherings and was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Hans, and daughter Stacey Shaw. Molly is survived by her children, Kathy Kusiak, Denise Meunster (Robert) and Angela Dugosh (Rye); grandchildren, Sara Caniglia, Kristin Christie, Jessica Cherry, Megan Cherry, Jordan Dugosh and Carly Dugosh; great-grandchildren, Jack and Crosby Caniglia and numerous other loving family and friends. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Kindred Inpatient Unit and staff for their compassionate care of our mother. A celebration of her life will be held 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Abiding Presence Lutheran Church (14700 San Pedro Ave). Sending our love and prayers in your time of loss. Molly was a joy that will be missed by many. I will forever remember her wonderful smile and the joy that sparkled around her.
