  1. Tia Pili, sweet, funny, beautiful and witty. I always felt welcome in your home.

My love and abrazos to my primas Sally and Alice who were always there for her, and to all of Tia’s grandchildren.

  2. We will all miss Pilar and our sincere condolences and never ending love go out to Sally, Alice, and all the grandchildren. We will have many memories of Pilar, many having to do upon her arrival here with us in San Antonio. Her efforts to cope with the English language and laughing at us when we spoke what we though was Spanish. She had to learn not only English but also TexMex.We enjoyed having her in our family. She introduced us to many great Spanish food dishes. We ate food we would never had an opportunity to have otherwise. Our love goes out to all of you!.

  3. I have so many wonderful memories growing up in your home with your family. I always felt like part of the Garcias! Your mom always kept us laughing with her silly sayings and of course the way she said them was the funny part. Specifically, I remember her dream of a Budget Diaper Service. (You had to hear her say it). I loved her cooking too! I learned how to eat just about everything she cooked but menudo. I love you, Alice, like a sister and always will. Love you, too, Sally. Prayers for all of your family members. I’ll see you Saturday.
