Ronald E. Stringer

Ronald (Ron) Ellis Stringer passed away peacefully at the age of 71, with family by his side. He was born September 23, 1948, in Wichita, Kansas. Ron was carpenter and roofer by trade. He is survived by his wife of 51yrs, Joyce Stringer; 3 children, Michael Stringer(Penny) of Wichita Falls, Tx, Stephen Stringer(Tricia) of London, England, and Crishell Niebruegge(Mike) of San Antonio, Tx; 8 grandchildren, Laiken Coleman, Cody Stringer, Easton Stringer, Elisabeth, Luc Stringer, Josiah Stringer, Dustin Stringer, and Brandon Stringer; 6 great grandchildren; sister and brother, Clara Willoughby(Ron) of Sante Fe, Tx, Brian Stringer(Dana) of Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 grandsons. Ron had a love for football and car racing. He loved spending time with family. He especially enjoyed watching his grandkids and great grandkids play sports. He never shied away from a good card game or a nice round of dominoes (even if he knew he couldn’t win). The family would like to thank the ICU staff and nurses at Main Methodist Hospital, specifically, Jordan and Christy for their love and support during this difficult time. A celebration of life and a lunch will be held January 12, 2020 in Wichita Falls, TX from 1-4pm at French Country Meadows 4146 FM 367 in Wichita Falls, TX.
