Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My favorite memory of my mother is her singing me to sleep as a child. Her voice was beautiful.

  2. How do I pick a single memory? My earliest are walking with her around the village of Bad Tolz in Bavaria. Others are her taking us to Halloween parties at the community clubhouse, going to the pool during summers(she loved to swim), and trips to the zoo. Going up to Michigan with her in 1988 is another favorite, as well as weekends watching rented movies or going to the flea market. Of course, the annual Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners as well. We lived by modest means but somehow had lots of good times and experiences that I remember.

  3. I never had the opportunity to meet Ms. Sharon but I did get to work her son Josh. I know she was a loving mom because most of the stories Josh and I talked about is with her and the family. what I know is she loved the holidays especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. Josh would say it was all about the food and decorations. when he bought that new roaster and made that turkey how happy he was telling me how they ate for days on that turkey and sides. Josh I’m so sorry for your loss. I know you loved your mom very much but keep the faith and know that one day we will all be together again. Our deepest sympathies your friend always Bob

  4. I am thinking of you during this difficult time. May God comfort you in the days ahead as Romans 15:5 says he supplies comfort and endurance. My deepest sympathies to the family of Sharon. I am so sorry for your loss.

  5. I haven’t seen my cousin Sharon since we were little kids. I remember when she was around 6, we played in a couple of stacks of tires my dad had stored in the basement of our house from his gas station.

  6. When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. Josh, may you and your family take comfort in knowing you have an angel to watch over you now. My family and I send our deepest condolences to you and yours.
