Cerildo Zambrano Jr

cerildo zambrano jr
Our loving father, brother, son, uncle, and friend, gained his heavenly wings on February 21, 2021 at the young age of 55. He was born in Karnes City, Texas to: Cerildo Zambrano Sr. and Petra Zambrano. Cerildo grew up on a ranch in his childhood years, and was passionate about horses, cardinals, and especially hummingbirds. Cerildo was a very special and creative person. He was also very spiritual, and loved his family dearly. He was the heart and rock of our family, and keeping everyone together was always important to him. In his spare time, he looked forward to cooking gourmet meals for his family and friends. He was photogenic, loved music, singing, and dancing. His creative eye led him to work as a floral designer for over 30 years. Cerildo will forever be missed and cherished in our hearts. He is preceded in death by his father, Cerildo Zambrano Sr., his brother, Rolando Zambrano, and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Pedro Zambrano. He is survived by his mother, Petra Zambrano, his only daughter, Jessica Medrano, and son-in-law, Bulmaro Espinoza Jr.; his sisters, Elsie Hinojosa (Robert), Gracie Zambrano (Mike Longoria Sr.), his brother, Danny Zambrano (Gina), 2 god-children: Kayla and Mikey, numerous nieces and nephews, and many other close relatives and friends. To leave a note for the family, please visit www.meadowlawn.net and select obituaries, and his name. There will be a procession departing the funeral home on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 9:15am for a 10:00AM celebration of Mass at San Fernando Cathedral Catholic Church. 115 Main Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205.

  3. My deepest condolences to the family and friends of JC. I was honored to have met him at the wedding of my daughter Krystal. I must say the first impression I had of him was beautiful. He was the first guest arriving with the most elegant gorgeous floral arrangement I have ever seen. He was kind, charming and so very happy that day celebrating with friends and family. I will forever cherish such a happy occasion he was a part of. May he rest in peace, he will never be forgotten. He was definitely an earth angel with fine qualities that will be missed by all. On behalf of, Mary Diaz Jacquelyn Diaz

  4. So sorry for your loss. 29 years ago JR did my flowers, bouquet, hair and makeup for my wedding. I am heartbroken to lose such an amazing thoughtful friend 💔😢

  5. October 3,2009. We had already been friends for years but on this day, he was there with my wedding flowers. The most beautiful bridal bouquet I had ever seen. The flowers for the wedding party and parents. He also had made flowers to go on our beautiful cake. He had been in the bridal suite with me and him and my mom were fixing my wedding veil (good thing I did not know about this until much later). He was there to make my special day be so much more than I dreamed. Even when I started travel nursing…no matter how long it had been since we had seen each other we picked up where we left off as if it were mere seconds. We spoke on the phone often. I look forward to when we can sit and catch up again, hug and dance. It is so hard losing your best friend. I love you always.

  6. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.
