I love you Tio Bob with all my heart!! RIP and Till meet again where I will greet you with a Bob sized hug!! Really gonna miss your hugs, you always made everyone of them feel so special. Xoxo
We met at Palm Heights Little League when we were kids. Our friendship continued through Lowell Junior High and Burbank High School where we were both suspended numerous times. We got our first jobs at Naples Italian Restaurant where we were busboys. You enlisted in the Navy shortly before I enlisted in the Marine Corps. You served honorably and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. When you left the Navy, you entered college and graduated with a B.S. in Nursing. You were my son Deric’s Godfather. I could go on forever about our exploits. I’m sorry I wasn’t there at the end, but I’m sure we’ll see each other again. Say hi to Willie if you see him.

Although your work here on earth is done
Your life in heaven has just now begun.
Your struggles here were hard and long
But they’re over now, you’re finally home.
We all know that Life wasn’t easy, by choice or by fate
A decision was made, and sometimes too late.
A fight to the finish, you always stayed strong
Rest easy now Bob
You’re finally home.
Until we meet again
Never forgotten
