Roger A. Torres

Roger Torres, Sr. passed away on April 8, 2019, after a hard-fought battle with cancer and heart disease. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Pedro and Lola; and his brothers, Bobby, Pete, and Frank. He is survived by his wife, Sondra Torres; his sister, Dolores Torres Juliano; his children, Roger Jr. and his wife Cathleen, Brian and his wife Shauna, and D’Ann; his grandchildren, Roger, Robert, Brittney, Wesley Jordan, Sierra, Christopher, Selena, Alexis, Savannah, and Shayla; and his great-grandchildren, Loralli and Madison. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1964 and St. Mary’s University in 1968. He retired from Lennar Homes after 32 years in 2007. He coached football and baseball for his children's and grandchildren's teams. He was a gulf enthusiast and creative financier throughout his life."
